Course Overview: Be Strategic is a six-week program designed for local, non-competing businesses focused on growth. In a collaborative group setting, business owners work with an EFund advisor and subject matter experts to create a strategic plan, share insights, and address key topics like mission, industry trends, marketing, finances, and long-term goals. By the end of the course, participants will have a clear plan to drive business growth.

Course Overview: The Women’s Business Mastermind is a six-month program designed for women business owners ready to take the next step in growing their businesses—whether it’s expanding product lines, adding employees, or moving to a larger space. Hosted by the Women’s Business Alliance, this group of 6-8 women business owners collaborate, share experiences, and hold each other accountable under the guidance of a certified business coach.

• Share knowledge, resources, and feedback to solve business challenges.
• Be held accountable by peers to stay on track with growth goals.
• Learn from experienced facilitators and certified business coaches
